FAQ

Yes. SCENAR therapy is FEI and Jockey Club compliant, making it suitable for high-performance equine athletes. It’s non-manipulative, non-invasive, and entirely safe when performed by a trained practitioner (I’ve been certified since 2010).
Each session is tailored to the horse's condition and comfort level. On average, a treatment lasts
about an hour, though it can range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.
Sessions are typically done right in your horse’s stall—where they feel most comfortable. Some may prefer to be haltered; others relax completely or even lie down during the process.
Please ensure your horse is as clean and dry as possible—mud and heavy oils can block the impulses. A quick groom beforehand helps us get the best result.
It depends on the issue. Some horses respond after a single session; others benefit from a short series for deeper healing. We’ll evaluate and decide together based on your horse’s response.
Most horses find the impulses soothing—some even sigh, yawn, or lick and chew during the session. The sensation is subtle and calming.
